No. We don't take payment details during early access, and nothing is billed until you choose a plan on this page and agree to it. ### Is there a contract or a minimum term? No contract. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel before the next month starts. Annual plans are paid for the year up front at the lower monthly rate. ### Do you ask for a credit card to try it? Not for early access or the [demo](https://demo.tidecollab.com) . A card is only needed once you move to a paid plan. ### What counts as a team seat? Every person with their own login to a workspace, whatever their role. Agencies agree seats per client shop. ### What does "live outreach agent" mean? An agent an owner or admin has switched out of dry run, so it really sends invites or DMs. Agents in dry run are not limited on any plan. ### Will Tidecollab put my TikTok Shop account at risk? It uses only TikTok Shop's official APIs, never asks for your Seller Center password, starts every agent in dry run, and caps DMs at 5 per creator per week across every agent in your shop. It's a safety rule, not a plan limit: no creator gets more than 5 DMs from your shop in 7 days, on any plan. ### Can I cancel and take my data with me? Yes. We're completing TikTok Shop's partner review for creator collaboration access. Until it's approved, workspaces run on a simulated TikTok Shop, and we'll connect your real shop with you once the review is done. ### Are inbox AI replies, content analytics or GMV Max included?
