## Information we collect

### When you request access

Your name, work email, brand or agency name, whether you are a brand or an agency, and optionally a shop link, a GMV range and a note. We use it only to reply and to set up early access.

### When you use the application

- Account information: your email address and the workspaces and roles you belong to. Sign-in works by an emailed link; we don't store passwords for Tidecollab.
- Workspace content: lists, segments, tags, notes, custom fields, agent settings, message templates and the logs of what agents did.
- TikTok Shop data you authorize: creator marketplace profiles and performance, collaboration invites, sample requests and their status, and messages in conversations opened by Tidecollab. See [Data & TikTok permissions](https://tidecollab.com/data) .
- Technical data: request logs kept to operate and secure the service.

### On this website

This site doesn't set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and protect the site. [Update if analytics are added.]

## How we use information

- To provide the features you use: search, CRM, outreach, Auto Review and sequences.
- To send sign-in links and service emails.
- To keep the service secure, enforce limits and investigate problems.
- To respond to access requests and support questions.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your workspace content to market to creators on our own behalf.

## Service providers

- Cloudflare: hosting, database and email sending.
- Anthropic (Claude): turns plain-English search descriptions into filters, and, only for agents where you turn on AI personalization, fills message placeholders. It receives the description you type, or the message template and the creator profile details needed to fill it.

- TikTok Shop: the platform we connect to on your instruction.

## Keeping information separate

Each brand's workspace content is visible only to members of that workspace. Public creator profile data from TikTok's marketplace is cached across workspaces to keep searches fast.

## Retention

## Your choices and rights

## Security

TikTok access tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to each workspace is checked on every request. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.

## Children

Tidecollab is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
