**On time, without polling by hand**

Runs every 4 hours, and again within minutes when TikTok reports a sample status change. Up to 100 requests per run.

**Optional rejection message**

Tell creators why, politely. Rejection messages count toward the weekly 5-DM cap like any other message.

**Decision log**

Every decision keeps the rule that made it and whether TikTok accepted it. Filter and export it to CSV.

## How sample decisions stay safe
