What agencies get
- A workspace per brand
- Each client's TikTok Shop connects to its own workspace. Lists, notes, agents and logs live there and nowhere else.
- Four roles
- Owner, admin, member and viewer. Give your strategist admin, your coordinator member, and the client a viewer seat.
- Gates per client
- Only owners and admins of that workspace can switch an agent live. Your role in one client's workspace doesn't carry into another.
- Caps per shop
- The weekly 5-DM cap and TikTok's quotas are counted per shop, so a busy client never eats another client's limits.
- Hand-offs without exports
- Invite a teammate to a workspace by email. Remove them and their access ends.
- Client-ready logs
- Show a client exactly which creators were invited, approved or messaged, by which rule, and export it to CSV.
How clients are kept apart
Every record carries the workspace it belongs to, and every request is checked against the workspace you're in. Asking for another workspace's record returns the same "not found" as a record that doesn't exist, and our automated tests check it.
