No. We don't take payment details during early access, and nothing is billed until you choose a plan on this page and agree to it.
No contract. Monthly plans run month to month and you can cancel before the next month starts. Annual plans are paid for the year up front at the lower monthly rate.

Yes. It's a safety rule, not a plan limit: no creator gets more than 5 DMs from your shop in 7 days, on any plan.
Yes. Export your lists, notes and logs to CSV, then ask us to delete your workspace. See the Privacy Policy (draft).
Not yet. We're completing TikTok Shop's partner review for creator collaboration access. Until it's approved, workspaces run on a simulated TikTok Shop, and we'll connect your real shop with you once the review is done.
