Step 05 · Follow up
Every approved sample gets a follow-up plan.
A sequence follows each sample through its stages and sends the right message at each one: when it's ready to ship, when it ships, while content is pending, if it isn't delivered, and once the video is up. Branch on what happens, and stop when it should stop.

What it does
What sequences do
- Stages from TikTok
- Stages come from the sample's status and fulfillment in TikTok Shop, refreshed through the day. Nobody updates a spreadsheet.
- Branches
- Split on yes or no, or into up to four paths, so a creator who posted hears something different from one who didn't.
- Templates to start from
- Start from a standard sample sequence or just the reminders, or from a blank draft.
- Doesn't pile on
- Skip creators already in another sequence or contacted recently, and send only in your sending hours.
- Old samples, your call
- Choose whether a new sequence picks up samples already in progress or only new ones from a start date.
- Report and CSV
- See where every creator is in the sequence and what was sent, and export it.
How sequences stay safe
- New sequences start in dry run and log the messages they would send.
- Editing a live sequence needs an owner or admin.
- Sequence messages share the same weekly 5-DM cap per creator as outreach and rejection messages.
- A cancelled sample stops its sequence.
