Step 03 · Invite
Outreach agents that know when to stop.
An outreach agent sends TikTok Shop target collaboration invites and DMs to a list or segment, on your schedule. It follows TikTok's outreach quota, never messages a creator more than 5 times in a week, and stops following up the moment a creator replies or asks for a sample.

What it does
What outreach agents do
- Invites, messages or both
- Send a target collaboration invite with your commission, products, sample policy and end date, a DM, or both together.
- Audiences from your CRM
- Point an agent at lists or segments, and leave out creators contacted in the last 1 to 90 days.
- Personalized, never half-filled
- Placeholders like [creator name] fill from creator data, with optional AI personalization for the rest. Your own wording is checked to stay unchanged, and if a placeholder can't be filled, that creator's message isn't sent.
- Sending hours and daily caps
- Send only in the hours you choose, up to the daily number you set, with priority between agents.
- TikTok's quota, read live
- Agents read TikTok's weekly outreach quota and stop with a clear reason when it runs out, instead of failing quietly.
- Invite checks before sending
- Words TikTok rejects in invites, like other marketplaces or messaging apps, are caught before the invite leaves.
How outreach stays safe
- New agents start in dry run and log every invite and message they would send.
- Only an owner or admin can switch an agent live. Any team member can stop it.
- No creator gets more than 5 DMs from your shop in a week, no matter how many agents you run.
- A send with an unclear result is never retried blindly, so a creator isn't messaged twice.
