Terms of Service

The terms for using Tidecollab during early access. Effective date: [to be set].

1. Agreement

These terms are between you (or the company you represent) and [Pirahas legal entity name] ("Pirahas", "we"). By using Tidecollab you agree to them. If you use Tidecollab for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

2. Early access

Tidecollab is offered in early access by invitation. Features may change, and some are on the roadmap and not yet available. Live TikTok Shop connections depend on TikTok approving our partner access.

3. Your account and workspaces

You're responsible for who you invite to your workspaces and the roles you give them. Owners and admins can switch agents live; you're responsible for reviewing an agent's dry-run results before you do.

4. Your TikTok Shop

You authorize Tidecollab to act on your shop through TikTok Shop's official APIs within the permissions you grant. You remain responsible for your shop, your collaboration terms, your messages to creators and your compliance with TikTok Shop's policies. Tidecollab's built-in limits help, but don't replace your own judgment.

5. Acceptable use

  • Don't use Tidecollab to send spam, misleading offers or content that breaks TikTok Shop policies or the law.
  • Don't try to get around TikTok's limits or Tidecollab's caps and gates.
  • Don't access another customer's workspace or data, or probe the service's security without permission.

6. Your data

You own your workspace content. You give us permission to process it only to run Tidecollab for you, as described in the Privacy Policy (draft) and Data & TikTok permissions. You can export it to CSV.

7. Fees

Early access is [free / at a price agreed in writing]. Public plans and prices will be published on the pricing page before you're asked to pay.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Tidecollab at any time and remove its TikTok authorization. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts a shop, a creator or the service at risk.

9. Disclaimers

Tidecollab is provided "as is" during early access. We don't promise any sales, creator response or TikTok decision. Tidecollab is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.

10. Limitation of liability
